Partner Howell K. Rosenberg, Esq. concentrates his practice on various cases, including asbestos exposure, medical malpractice, toxic torts, and pharmaceutical errors, with a particular focus on clients suffering from mesothelioma. A former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, Howell is a life member of the National Register of Who’s Who, a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, served on the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors, and chaired the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Howell is a frequent lecturer on complex tort litigation and asbestos and has taught trial practices and criminal justice courses at the Widener University School of Law and Temple University. He serves as President of the Library Company of Philadelphia and is Chairman of the Board of Visitors for the Richards Center for Civil War Era Studies at Pennsylvania State University. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers list each consecutive year since 2004.
Partner Laurence H. Brown, Esq. has led an esteemed career in personal injury law, dedicating his practice to helping clients suffering from asbestos diseases such as mesothelioma. He is one of Pennsylvania’s most sought-after mesothelioma lawyers. The former Chief of Philadelphia’s Economic Crime Unit, Laurence also served as Director of the National District Attorney’s Association’s Economic Crimes Project, was a National Legislative Conference on Arson member, and was appointed to the Pennsylvania Commission on Arson.
Laurence has been a member of Plaintiffs Asbestos Liaison Counsel for over 20 years. Additionally, he was appointed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board and coauthored the National District Attorneys Associations’ Manual for Prosecuting Insurance Fraud. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers list every year since 2005.
