Howell K. Rosenberg, a partner at the firm, has made the list every consecutive year since 2004, while Laurence H. Brown, another partner, has been selected every year since 2005.
Howell K. Rosenberg, a partner at the firm, earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. He has represented victims who have been exposed to asbestos, latex, harmful drugs, and substandard medical care throughout his career. He has also represented cases on behalf of babies who have been born with permanent birth defects as a result of the same substandard medical care or exposure to harmful elements. Howell is a member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
Laurence H. Brown, a partner in the firm, earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Prior to his work in private practice, Laurence served in the District Attorney’s Office where he rose to the level of Chief of the Economic Crime Unit. He was also Director of the National District Attorney’s Association’s Economic Crimes Project, as a member of the National Legislative Conference on Arson. He co-authored the National District Attorneys Associations’ Manual for Prosecuting Insurance Fraud.
